We get just one shot at this.
The very first partnership I had with anyone for photos was a wedding. Some dear friends were getting hitched in her Nonna's backyard, there would be 40 or so people and some cupcakes, could I come?
ABSOLUTELY.
You'll catch me and my team crying behind our cameras during speeches and dances, we'll do all we can to surprise you, and I've thought about your experience from beginning to end.
Though we're based in Raleigh, NC, I'll travel to anywhere you need to help tell your story - especially if it's your Nonna's backyard.
The process
We are with you.
I. Send a contact form.
Reach out about your date and if available, we'll block it for ten calendar days. This is a huge decision if you're like most of our folks, photos are a massive deal! During that time, should anyone else inquire, you'll have first rights of refusal. We'll reach out when you're approaching that ten day window.
II. Schedule a call!
On your big day, you'll spend the most amount of time with your partner, your wedding party, and US. This is a special relationship and we want to have your back every step of the way. When things get overwhelming, I'll be the first to clear the room and remind you to breathe. And we'll be dancing while we capture your reception! Let's make sure we share your same values and are a great fit.
III. Start the party!
Once we've met - whether on Zoom or in person - you decide if this is the team for you. While you're deciding, we are too! We want to ensure your day is served well. Once everyone's ready to go, we send an agreement, discuss your payment arrangement, and then the real fun starts!
FAQ
Will you travel? What are the fees?
Absolutely! The gallery below represents wedding days from Charleston to Oregon, Ireland to Portugal. I have second shooters and assistants ready to fly, as well as on the continent. Adapting quickly to new locations is my preferred way to capture the novelty of an event. Travel fees are completely custom, but I'll do all I can to support your budget and vision.
What are your packages?
Full wedding days begin with seven hours of coverage, and two photographers at a rate of $5600. Our couples have such a range of experiences that all quotes are custom.
Do we receive the images?
Yes, for sure! This is your big day after all. All bookings receive an online gallery for all captured events, download codes, and a print release.
What is your retainer?
We typically ask for 50% of the rate and offer incentives to those who would like to pay at signing. We're glad to work with you as much as we can! Checks are not accepted.
How involved are you in the process?
We are your partners from the moment you sign, gladly helping with your timeline creation and working with your coordinator or planner. We'll provide guidance as much as we can, when requested, and help prevent blind spots always. We are your advocates and confidantes, but most importantly, at the end of the day, we hope to count you our friends.
Are prints and products available to add-on (or included in any package)?
The sky is the limit when it comes to prints and products and we offer an entire catalogue for you to peruse! Everything from loose prints to canvas, books + albums, wood prints and frames. If you can dream it, chances are very high we can make it.
